Vividha is a Data Analyst with a Master’s in Management Information Systems and over five years of experience in digital marketing analytics. Vividha specializes in using tools like R, SQL, and Tableau to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Her passion lies in aligning data with business goals, leveraging statistical analysis, data visualization, and performance optimization to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation. Vividha thrives in collaborative environments and she is committed to continuous learning, always seeking ways to refine her skills and contribute meaningfully. By focusing on both the integrity of data and its strategic application, she aims to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

Venkata Surya Vineel Nekkanti

Venkata is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Management Information Systems at Northern Illinois University. With five years of experience, he has held various roles focused on process improvements through data analysis and leveraging DevOps technologies within the BFSI sector in the NAM region. He has a strong interest in the intersection where business meets technology.

Beyond his academic pursuits, he is a devoted Sci-Fi enthusiast, enjoying both books and movies in the genre, besides George R.R. Martin’s world of fantasy. He also loves to play badminton.

Diviyabharrathi Barathwaaj

Diviya is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Information Systems at Northern Illinois University, specializing in data analytics and digital transformation strategies. With over five years of professional experience, she has advanced from a Software Engineer to a Product Manager, excelling in roles that integrate technology and analytics. She has applied data-driven strategies to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and generate actionable insights across various industries.

Outside her work and studies, Diviya loves the thrill of a good board game, creating tasty meals in the kitchen, and enjoying the peace and adventure of hiking through nature.

Erika Dimitriev

Erika is currently a fourth year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Information Systems, with an emphasis in Data Analytics. Throughout the course of her studies, Erika has acquired various interpersonal, problem-solving, and data analysis skills that she will continue to implement in her independent study on text mining in R, as well as her future career. She is most enthusiastic about analyzing raw data, transforming it into actionable insights, and effectively communicating findings to key decision-makers through compelling visualizations and presentations.

Outside of the classroom Erika is a Division 1 tennis player who plays for the NIU women’s tennis team. She also enjoys hiking, running, and skiing as well as spending quality time with her family.
